A nice day arrives after a long week of storms and rain. Maybe I can get a motorcycle ride in. The garage is a mess from a winter of throwing whatever out here. Time to clear the way to get the Goldwing going. It starts at the first bump of the starter and hums on high idle as it adjusts to the weather. She’s warmed up and ready to go fast.

The sun feels good. I wait for the neighbors to clear the street of children and toys…
